Our Work

We work to strengthen education by supporting students, teachers and educational institutions through career guidance, competitive examination preparation, study resources, teacher training, capacity building and school development initiatives.

We help youth and communities develop practical, professional and digital skills that improve employability, encourage entrepreneurship, promote self-reliance and create opportunities for sustainable livelihoods and economic growth.

We work with communities to create positive social change through initiatives addressing health, environmental protection, waste management, drug-abuse prevention, social rights, government schemes, community participation, inclusion, equal opportunities, community-level development, quality of life and other important social issues.

We promote Ladakh’s rich cultural heritage through cultural programmes, festivals, seminars, literary activities, arts, culture and heritage training, traditional knowledge and creative initiatives that encourage participation and preserve the region’s diverse identity.

We promote sports, fitness and recreational activities that encourage healthy lifestyles, teamwork, discipline, confidence and active participation among youth and communities.
