Ladakh Academy Confederation (LAC) is a Kargil-based non-governmental organisation dedicated to empowering the youth and communities of Ladakh. We believe that a stronger future for Ladakh begins with educated and empowered youth, skilled communities, sustainable livelihoods, healthy lifestyles, a protected environment and equal opportunities. Guided by this vision, LAC works across a wide range of areas, creating pathways for learning, skill development, career growth, entrepreneurship, livelihoods, social awareness leadership and community development.
